Billing
The Billing page in WPShift provides an overview of your account’s payment information, subscription details, and transaction history. This page helps you manage your WPShift subscription, update payment methods, and view past invoices, ensuring smooth access to WPShift’s features and services.
1. Viewing subscription details
The Subscription section displays information about your current plan, including:
- Plan name: Indicates the current subscription level (e.g., Free, Pro, Enterprise).
- Billing cycle: Shows whether you are billed monthly or annually.
- Next billing date: Specifies when the next payment is due.
This section may also include details on any trial periods or promotional discounts currently active on your account.
2. Updating payment information
To keep your subscription active, ensure that your payment method is up to date:
- In the Payment method section, you can view the credit card or payment information currently on file.
- Click Update payment method to enter new card details if needed. Enter the new information, and click Save to confirm.
Keeping your payment information current helps avoid interruptions in service.
3. Viewing invoices and transaction history
The Invoices or Transaction history section provides a record of past payments and invoices. For each transaction, you can see:
- Date: The date of the transaction.
- Amount: The payment amount.
- Status: Indicates whether the payment was successful or pending.
You can download invoices for accounting purposes or to keep a record of expenses. Simply click on the invoice to download a PDF version.
4. Managing plan changes
If your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan directly from the Billing page:
- Look for an Upgrade or Change plan option within the subscription details section.
- Select a new plan that better suits your requirements, whether it’s for additional resources, enhanced support, or scaling down your usage.
- Confirm the plan change. WPShift will adjust your billing based on the new plan’s rate and will prorate any remaining balance if applicable.
Billing and account security
To protect your payment information and billing history, WPShift follows industry-standard security practices. For added security, ensure that only authorized team members with the appropriate roles have access to billing settings in your workspace.
With WPShift’s Billing page, you have full control over your subscription, payments, and transaction history, making it easy to manage your account and avoid disruptions in service.
